Pairing Plantronics headsets with mobile devices such as handheld devices and tablets is possible using Bluetooth. Follow these steps:

1. Charge your headset. Make sure your devices are charged before pairing them. Depending on the type of headset you have, the indicator light should be solid when fully charged but not in use. The display may turn off completely after 15 seconds, depending on the Plantronics model.

1. Turn your headset on. There are many ways to activate Plantronics devices. All require pressing the power button and are easy to set up. Turn, push, or switch the power button to the ON position.
2. Put your headset into pairing mode. How the pairing mode is activated depends on the headset model. For example:
   • If the headset has a multifunction switch, turn it off, then press and hold it for 5-6 seconds until the light starts flashing.
   • If the headset has a power button, hold the call button for 5 to 6 seconds until the light begins to flash.
   • In models with ON and OFF buttons, the light will start flashing when the charger is disconnected. Press and hold the power button for 5-6 seconds.

1. Connect the BT600 USB dongle to the computer.

3. If the dongle is still connected to your computer, press the small brown button at the top of the BT600 USB dongle.
4. The USB light flashes red and blue.

6. The dongle will flash, pair, and then become stable. Now the headset is successfully connected to the USB dongle.
